Part Two: My Feelings Which Will Occur Throughout the Film via GIFs, Because That Is the Sort of Momentous Occasion This Event Is to Me.
As the lights go out and the film begins:
'Are you ready to go back to Titanic?'
As Rose turns toward the ship, her hat still concealing her face:
Seeing Jack for the first time:
'So, you want to go to a real party?'
The middle of the film where it’s all peaches and creme:
'This ship can't sink!'
'I'd rather be his whore than your wife.'
The copious amount of times Jack and Rose say Rose and Jack:
'I always win, Jack. One way or another.'
'You're so stupid, Rose! Why'd you do that?' 'You jump, I jump. Right?'
When ‘Nearer My God to Thee’ begins to play:
When they’re in the water and there’s a chance that, maybe this time, Jack will survive:
But then he doesn’t!! and Rose has to let go!
As Rose passes away and finally gets to be with Jack:
The screen fades after those three hours and my body must return itself to reality and go on another day:
I believe that concludes this awfully long post on the glass case of emotions I will be held in over the next three or so hours. To those of you who stuck this post out, thank you for listening/reading to my first world country fangirl problems and ramblings.
